I’m on the That Was Then… This Is Now website, how do I purchase a ticket?

If you are on the main That Was Then… This Is Now Website, head to the homepage and click where it says ‘Tickets Available Now’. Alternatively, head directly to our ticketing website here: https://twttin.fanlink.to/tickets 

 

I am not around at 7pm but would like to buy a ticket to stream a That Was Then… This Is Now edition, is there any way I can watch the edition?

Absolutely! Each edition is becoming available to watch from 7pm each Thursday from 5th November. However, that does not mean you have to watch the edition at 7pm! When you purchase your ticket, you will be sent a website link. This link will go live on the date shown, and ticket buyers can watch the edition anytime after that edition goes live. This link will expire 7 days after the customer’s first viewing experience. That means you can watch the edition an unlimited number of times within those 7 days!

 

My link to watch an edition of That Was Then… This Is Now has expired. Is it possible to watch the edition again?

When you purchase a £10 ticket to watch an edition of That Was Then… This Is Now, your ticket allows you to watch the edition an unlimited number of times within 7 days of your first viewing experience. After those 7 days are up, the ticket link expires. If you would like to re-watch that edition again after those 7 days, you will have to purchase another ticket at £10. 

 

Is it possible to buy more than 1 edition of That Was Then… This Is Now at a time?

Yes! You will have to individually add each edition to your cart and then head back to the original ticketing page to then choose another edition to add to your cart. You can then purchase multiple editions at once.

Can I still buy Edition 1?

Yes. When you purchase your ticket, you will be sent a link to the stream. This link will work from your date of purchase.

 

How do I add more than one edition of That Was Then… This Is Now to my cart?

To add multiple editions of That Was Then… This Is Now to your cart, you have to individually add them. ​

1. Have your Credit Card or Debit Card with you

2. Click on the Edition you would like to purchase

3. Select ‘1’ ticket from the drop down box to the right of the £10.00 price 

4. Select ‘Place Your Order’

5. 'Place Your Order' will change to 'Loading...' with the message 'Your order is processing - hang on...'  The time processing takes depends on your internet connection....  (Please be patient!)

6. Order Summary - Check your order and select 'Please Continue'

7. Ticket Buyer Information - Fill in your details entering the e-mail address your ticket will be sent to and select ‘Please Continue’

8. Tick the box that you agree to TicketCo’s Legal Terms

9. Select ‘Pay’ if you only want to buy that one edition OR

10. To buy more, Select ‘Cart’ which will take you back to the ticketing homepage 

11. Repeat process above

12. Once you have added all desired tickets to your Cart, after ticking the box that you agree to TicketCo's Legal Terms, select ‘Pay’
